Great ship, great staff, excellent food, but the sailing and ports suck. They sail too far from shore, so you dont get to see much, and when you get into port you dont have enough time. Overall, it feels like you are trapped on a ship. But with good entertainment and food, it still makes it a fun cruise.

Fantastic vacations cruising with princess. Good personal: Kelly, Arnulfo, Darchana, Saeed, Gonzalo, and a guy from the entrance of the pizza on deck 6 or 7.

Book directly with cruise line for handicap needs.

A wonderful vacation. 5 star staff/team and clean roomy ship. Definitely try all the activities onboard and book excursions. I can't wait till next cruise.

Our overall experience of this trip is very good. Great entertainments, a lot of fun activities, and food pretty good.

Our once in a lifetime trip to Alaska was on the Eurodam. Beware of rainy August weather. The first few days were ruined by our unexpected cabin change but decided to just enjoy the trip. The port excursions were very good. Food choices excellent. Onboard shopping limited.

This was a little underwhelming as far as the ship/medical staff and unorganized and uncaring embarkation process are concerned. However the venues and ports we went to were beyond amazing.

Overall not good experience. Will not recommend this cruise actually will advise NOT to take it.

This was my 1st cruise with Princess and I loved it. The service from everyone was great, all the staff work so hard and always smiled and greeted you warmly. I found it hard to always hear the Captain's message if I wasn't in a main area. But I enjoyed all the historical information he gave. I love the medallion , making everything for purchasing to going on/off ship so easy. All in all it was all good except I came home with an awful cold, (I will be fine)

Wonderful staff mostly. Fun activities. Good food - although not as vegetarian friendly as I'd like. That said, ver accommodating in the dining room when possible. Attractive boat. Entertainment eh - although I didn't do the music stuff, so maybe it's good?? Lots of bars.

We were fortunate to have great weather. The ship was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was great. Loved the balcony. Plenty of room in our cabin for three of us. It took me a while to figure out the hub app and found it helpful once I figured it out. Probably wouldn't buy the internet package again, it really wasn't worth the extra expense. Overall we really enjoyed our cruise, the ports and the tours we took. We did the Best of Juneau Whale watching tour, the White Pass Summit and Suspension bridge tour in Skagway, and Tracy Fjord Arm excursion - HIGHLY recommended.
