Wonderful cruise, ship was great, all the staff was very friendly and helpful, room was great, activities were numerous, excursions were all great. Will probably do this again in a year or so with family

Covid testing and masking is stressful. Big concern is testing negative. Several people tested negative before and after the cruise.

Overall, a great time. We couldn't have asked for better weather which was unexpected in late May/early June. Mid to upper 70's every day, sunny skies and no rain.

Grueling getting there and back, but other than that (and the on-board entertainment), we had a wonderful time.

Our Air Canada tickets were canceled 4 times and rebooked with Holland America, again BJ's Travel did not help to fix the problems! Holland did all the work. All excursions were booked through Holland, again BJ's Travel did not help to fix the problems! Hotels on both ends were booked by me, again BJ's Travel did not help to book the hotels!

Wonderful and relaxing time seeing the glaciers and wildlife in Alaska - something for everyone.

Excellent cruise overall. Great weather for most of the cruise and our land trip after.

we Stayed on from may7-14 northbound cruise. Guest services demanded we switch cabins even though cabin was not sold to someone else. Ship was only half full. Crew broke into our room while we were sleeping demanding us to leave.i had previously gone to the guest services desk 6 times and Purser said he would call us if we had to move-he did not call. After several stressful hours , finally bronwin allowed us a suite at more money. Ruined the whole cruise, very unpleasant treatment of 2 elite members. Very upset princess does not make it clear we have to get covid test on our own once we hit shore.Disembarkation was completely disorganized. 2 hour plus process. Almost missed our 1pm flight. Food and food service was the best ever, 11+ rating! Do not recommend the French bistro- we found food inedible and ambiance was a negative 10. The glaciers were great as usual! Captain is running a great ship!

Alaska is just amazing, it is a must see state for anyone that enjoys beautiful scenery and very friendly people.

Whatever I was told came with my cabin was not always true. Using also did not help.

Beautiful scenery, great staff, immaculate ship. Just don’t expect gourmet food. It’s adequate but certainly not very tasty.

This rates among one of the best cruises ever! It was our second Holland cruise to Alaska, and our favorite!

guest services ruined the sanctity of the cruise. moved us to a bigger room for more $ then tried to make us move back to tiny room-woke us at 6 am-very rude about it.am elite member, treated us worst of any of 60 cruises. embarkation did not tell us we needed covid test. took 4 hours and LOTS of walking to get tested. disembarkation was a nightmare trying to get off quickly to get to airport to get covid test to fly home. princess leaves you hanging on your own to get tested. many people missed their flights. princess should test you the day before disembarkation on the ship!!! very very unhappy about this. going to postpone next cruise- it has become too hard to travel and princess does not make it easy.

Food was fair. Portions were smaller then last Cruise. Steward and Waiter were Really Great!!

Will not cruise for awhile, maybe a year or two, until Royal Caribbean gets their act together.

A little disappointed in cruise line. Have had better experience in the past.

Overall Lackluster performance. There was Good. There was Bad. There was Ugly. The crew was mostly untrained and severely understaffed. The captain was Meh... The Cruise Director... B-. Alaska was the star and that saved the cruise from being a complete waste. For the first time I felt "lied-to" based on all the different stories told about where our luggage tags were and who was responsible to get them to us. We also were told there were just a few cases of Covid onboard, where I am quite certain the number was north of 300! We heard from the medical staff they were overwhelmed. If you asked for a Covid test it took almost all day to get it and receive the results. (Happened to a friend onboard.) I wore my mask continuously if I was not in my cabin. But unlike other cruises where masks were optional and the Covid cases were rising, we were NOT instructed to start wearing masks indoors. We also had one death onboard, but that occurred the morning of disembarkation.

Ship is beautiful, but the food was the worst I have ever had on a cruise ship, and we have been on 64 cruises. Don't waste your time on specialty restaurants, my steakhouse steak was horrible, it tasted like wild boar!! Ship staff were very nice, but most were still learning their jobs. I think they will improve! The piano player, Tim, is very good. All of the Alaska ports were great!!

We had a very low capacity of people on our cruise, so it was TERRIFIC! No lines and amazing friendly staff. The food was of good variety but not 5 star. Many of us in my family would have appreciated more vegan/no oil meal options.
