Our Air Canada tickets were canceled 4 times and rebooked with Holland America, again BJ's Travel did not help to fix the problems! Holland did all the work. All excursions were booked through Holland, again BJ's Travel did not help to fix the problems! Hotels on both ends were booked by me, again BJ's Travel did not help to book the hotels!Embarkation
