Food was pretty good, but service was not even closed to what I expected. Sometimes it took over two hours to get the food.

The Northern star kept breaking down. Was not able to go on it.

Many of the staff never worked in a cruise before, so they had no idea what they were doing. Ship was way understaffed.

Appreciate your feedback. I understand your thoughts completely. Hopefully, the crew grows more proficient as time goes by. The others are probably correct, it may never be the same. Just maybe it can be better.

Cruising will never be the same as before Covid, until Covid goes away, which it has no intention of doing anytime soon.
