Food was pretty good, but service was not even closed to what I expected. Sometimes it took over two hours to get the food.

The Northern star kept breaking down. Was not able to go on it.

Many of the staff never worked in a cruise before, so they had no idea what they were doing. Ship was way understaffed.

I like the Ovation, but seems the team needs to gel better. Not their best showing.
