Flew in and got straight on ship. Did a one day tour when we came back. We had a privately arranged driver through Viator.

I live only 35 miles from the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro. So I did not do an excursion in this port. We simply had a friend drop us off at the port on the day of departure. It is a very industrial area and not very pretty at all.

Port was extremely unorganized both getting on and off the ship! The WORST!

LA has the worst port set up ever. Long lines in the sun, too small for mega ships

We stayed in Long Beach the night before and enjoyed Shoreline and the Queen Mary.
