We did not see a lot as we were boarding the ship. The terminal was high, but had elevators to get us to the gang way. Way smoother this time boarding, than on our last cruise two years ago.

Great port. Very clean port and very organized. Taxis were not waiting at the cruise terminal so quickly and easily ordered an uber. It was close enough to anaheim to make a trip to disneyland afterwards.

The port was fine, it's more about the long wait and lack of information from staff.
