Review summary

The Cruise itself is good but the process is not that good.

We had to be in line to check in for a long time we arrived at 1:20 PM until 3:30 PM is our turn to process the paper work. The location for checking in is outside so on that day it was cold and windy. there were only 3 windows open. we need more open windows to check in so people can move faster specially on cold and windy day. With Princess Cruise line we checked in inside the building we don't feel cold and windy and the process moved faster due to more windows opened at the same time

The cruise itself was very good the people and the service was good. we had good time except the check in time

I know well how frustrating it can be to waiting on a long line to board the ship.  I ran into this situation on the Crow Princess.  for 45 minutes Westwood in line while other lines we taken ahead of us.  This was my first and last cruise on Princess.  At least it wasn't cold.  Good to read that you had a good cruise once you were on board.
