The Cruise itself is good but the process is not that good.

We had to be in line to check in for a long time we arrived at 1:20 PM until 3:30 PM is our turn to process the paper work. The location for checking in is outside so on that day it was cold and windy. there were only 3 windows open. we need more open windows to check in so people can move faster specially on cold and windy day. With Princess Cruise line we checked in inside the building we don't feel cold and windy and the process moved faster due to more windows opened at the same time

The cruise itself was very good the people and the service was good. we had good time except the check in time

Ship Quality Over all the ship is good
Food and Dining Good
Cabin / Stateroom Good
Service and Staff Ivan in the dining room
Entertainment good show
Onboard Activities we like the fitness center
Destinations and Excursions Good
Long Beach (Los Angeles), California
At checking in we would like to be inside instead of outside
Catalina Island, California
beautiful place to see
Ensenada, Mexico
