These ports of call are incorrect. We traveled to Alaska not Mexico. The ports in Alaska were amazing! Definitely the best part about the trip. I did wish we had more time in Ketchican. We did an excursion, which was great, but even though it wasn't a super long one, we didn't really have time to explore the town more than a block or two from the ship.

We stayed on the Queen Mary. Very interesting creepy ship. We walked down to the beach. It was a beautiful sunset. It was so easy to go from the Queen Mary to our cruise.

We loved downtown Long Beach. We stayed at the Renaissance which is walking distance to Seaport Village, the Pike, the Marina, the Symphony, and many fantastic restaurants. We felt very safe walking during the day and into the evening.
