Galveston Texas was great, but a lady was very rude with us at the end, after we went through customs. My boyfriend had to go to the restroom and I kept all the luggage outside. She came up and was very rude by telling us we can't take them in the restrooms. She didn't take time to find out that we did not. I saw others going in with luggage and she said nothing to them at all.

It's Galveston, there's a beach with brown water, a couple of gift shops, the pleasure pier, and lots of things to eat. Try the restaurant called The Cajun Greek if you want something amazing to eat, and also give a visit to Galveston Island Brewing Company where Jeff the bartender has been pouring locally brewed beer for years.

Not a very pretty looking port compared to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Looking at oil rigs and other industrial equipment/facilities isn't attractive

Smooth, smooth, smooth as we got onto the ship... but I cannot say the same once we got off. Everything was so unorganized... we took about possibly an hour to get off. Other than that.... every employee on this cruise terminal was happy, absolutely polite and super nice.

Uber’s are not permitted to come near the port which was absurd. I would hope that has changed by now.

HORRIBLE!!! We were tricked by the taxis cab company “there is only 1” and paid $17 each plus additional taxis fare and they took us to the AQUARIUM Resort “joke”!!! My nieces cut their feet on the grounds, it was HOT and No AIR, No Working Bathroom only 1 for women, the place looked like it was in Foreclosure!!! It was unpainted, the equipment was old,torn and outdated, the so called beach had broken stones and rocks you couldn’t even walk in the water without cutting your feet. We asked them to call the taxis because we wanted to leave and they refused!!! They held us hostage!!! It was so awful!!’ Please BEWARE of The AQUARIUM!!! We needed HELP!
