Review summary

Please see my comments. The staff was rude and uncaring, they would run over you if you are in their way! So many tables left unclean and we ask to sit at one with our plates in hard the guy said okay and continued to clean a table that no one was waiting on, then proceeded to take those dishes to the kitchen while “We” the guest just stood there with now cold food! This ship was awful and the staff was worse! The balcony was painted and washed while we were cruising on the ship! The room was so dusty and the telephone and cabinets were dirty with spilled drinks or something. The dinner wait staff was just as terrible! No manners, very slow and uncaring. My massage was the only highlight although it was late and I started falling asleep in the waiting room but the upgrade me, so that was nice but I have not intentions of cruising with Carnival again.

Don’t sail as this was the worst cruise I’ve ever been on with Carnival and the staff was awful in all area’s.

HORRIBLE!!! We were tricked by the taxis cab company “there is only 1” and paid $17 each plus additional taxis fare and they took us to the AQUARIUM Resort “joke”!!! My nieces cut their feet on the grounds, it was HOT and No AIR, No Working Bathroom only 1 for women, the place looked like it was in Foreclosure!!! It was unpainted, the equipment was old,torn and outdated, the so called beach had broken stones and rocks you couldn’t even walk in the water without cutting your feet. We asked them to call the taxis because we wanted to leave and they refused!!! They held us hostage!!! It was so awful!!’ Please BEWARE of The AQUARIUM!!! We needed HELP!

We had a group of 9 and requested to leave because the resort AQUARIUM was disgusting and they refused to call the taxis company and wouldn’t let us leave!

I’ve done several carnival cruises and have never had anything to complain about. Also did a two week cruise on Princess (owned by Carnival). And it was also great

Chronic bitchitis affects different people different ways. Cruising isn't for everyone. We have been on the Valor on our first Salute to Veterans cruise. That is the reason we are hooked on Carnival. We leave for our 9th Salute to Veterans cruise on February 3, 2019 on the Carnival Dream. You could come with us and see what a great time we always have

I would not consider this persons reviews at all. Clearly if you look at all there posts they are just a miserable person that always looks for the bad and negatives.

We were on the Valor last July. Our 1st cruise. I couldn't say enough GOOD THING'S about the staff, ship, EVERYTHING. Imagine they are working 8 months straight with no down time. I might get a tad bitchy especially if everything I do is complained about. Hmmmmmmmm

I've learned any vacation is what you make it. Cruising is not for you and probably not anyone else around that was forced to listen to constant complaining.

Again, you’re ranting and not making sense. Sounds like cruising isn’t for you, try a different form of vacationing and go complain somewhere else.

🤔You complain that it’s not clean but then you complain because they were doing maintenance and cleaning while you were cruising. When do you expect them to do regular maintenance? When we were crushing they told us to remove personal items from balcony because while at port they would be spraying down and cleaning balconies. I damn sure didn’t let it put a damper on my vacation. I appreciate that they clean them. Did you tell your room Steward or guest services about your dirty cabin? Also, the staff work hard and I’m sure their days are long especially when dealing with guests who can’t be pleased regardless of what they do.
