Getting on and off the boat went very well and Port Canaveral is an easy port to cruise from.

Port Canaveral is one of my favorite ports. I don't usually do much in the area before I embark on a cruise but I have visited the area and surrounding areas and it's a great place. I love the cruise terminal. Embarkation and debarkation are always smooth.

I want to move to the area when we retire to be closer to the cruise action. Port Canaveral has plenty to do and see on its own.

We had a great stay at Radisson at the Port. We were able to check in a couple hours early which allowed us to book our desired shuttle time for the next morning. Ron Jon’s in Cocoa Beach is a must see! Head to Grills or Fishlips the night before for great food and to watch the ships sail off.

We used “Goportcanaveral” for the first time this cruise. They book your hotel (which has a shuttle from the airport) and shuttle you from hotel to the port and the port back to the airport. It was as good as advertised. We had to wait until the buss was full to go to the airport, but they told us that up front. This make sailing out of Port Canaveral reasonable.

Sailed out of Port Canaveral 5/12/2018 , found this port to be the nicest I've ever sailed from , embarkation and disembarkation was very easy , I've never gotten on or off a ship so quick. I did have FTTF , which I highly recommend when available. The port was very clean and easy to get to . This is my favorite cruise ship port , I just wish it wasn't an 11 1/2 hour drive to it , if it were closer , I'd sail out of it all the time .

Very effective and spacious port! We arrived at our scheduled time and the only waiting we did was getting ourselves from the car rental office over to the port. Other than that, it was a very smooth embarkation and I really enjoyed how big the port was. For how many people boarded on the ship, it didn't feel crowded at all. Got me cruise ready!

This was the fastest and easiest we have ever gotten on and off a ship. We had no wait at all boring the ship. We got off our bus went threw check in got our pictures taken with no line. After check in they called our section for boarding before we could even sit down. The line for customs when leaving the ship was only about a ten min wait. They have the shuttle services laid out very organized as well.
