Ships should not sail out of Baltimore or at least notify guests that the 2 days of sailing south and 2 days of sailing back would be COLD, COLD, COLD during February. This is not a point that a guest would like think of before booking this cruise.

Easy to locate, easy parking. I live within 90 minutes, so I didn't do any sightseeing in Baltimore. Additionally it was a blustery chilly day. Check your history --- Baltimore harbor area is a lot cleaner than it was maybe 50 years ago. Nifty wall picture of the Banana boat arriving and dockworkers carrying bunches of bananas on their shoulders, 1910. There was a railcar in the background.
