Only had a disappointingly short time to visit Victoria and we totally wasted time and money on the double-decker bus tour. That was money down the drain!

3rd time there. Rough sea and 40- knot winds kept us from docking for 4 hours. Captain kept us informed. All ship-arranged tours were cancelled. We prearranged Victoria PediCab Tour - and that guy waited in the cold drizzle for us! They were GREAT! I highly recommend them and purchase ahead of time online. They will customize the tour to your interests (architecture, garden, bars). And you get a quick feel for this lovely city. Also recommend Irish Times Pub downtown. Try the poutine!

3 stars because it seems like an after thought. Victoria is awesome and beautiful but don't expect to do anything more than pay $10 each way back and forth to downtown to get great pictures and souvenirs from the shops. Docks at 7-8pm on Sunday and leaves at around 11pm for Seattle.

The only disappointment was the short time in port. Arrived there around 7:00 PM and departed 11:30 PM. Our suggestion might be to make Victoria the first port of call as it would set the "tone" for the whole experience.

5 stars, even though I didn't get off the ship. Just hung out on our balcony and watched the water taxi and sea otter families. As the sun went down, Victoria (port mainly) was beautifully lite. When we come back in 2019, we are definitely going to take the trolly excursion into Victoria.

Beautiful city, wish we'r could have had more time here. Did Abzhazi Garden and Teahouse excursion. Amazing private garden with a great back story. Very interesting and fun. Never had "tea" before, great time!

9/1/18 63° (f) and a bit cloudy at times. Port time was very short. I think it was 6hrs. Either take any of the city tours (on your own or paid) or visit Butchart Gardens. You can't do both because of the time. You can try, tho. Also, it's a very long walk from shore to downtown. I suggest taking the $8 shuttle or a taxi going back to the ship not unless you're a fast walker.
