After all we went through to get on the Carnival Spirit to have our passports ready and not even get off the ship - at 8:00pm at night.

Did not depart instead watched sunset from the ship. It's just too short a visit to make it worthwhile for the price. It was pretty from the ship. On the plus side there where no crowds for dining room! Staff dressed nautical red white and blue theme which was cute

Not enough time here. If you have never seen the Burchart Gardens that would be one to see and the Empress Hotel.

We arrived here later than scheduled, after dark. Very disappointed about that. We bypassed the shuttle bus and hired a pedi-cab and had a great, personalized tour. I would very much like to see Victoria again, by day, with more time to really enjoy the city.
