The little city here is absolutely gorgeous, and extremely clean. There is a lot of history here, and I am very happy to say they want to preserve it. I did not see one piece of litter, on the street or sidewalks. Granted we did not get to spend much time here, but the local seafood was to die for. And all of the sites were astonishing! If you view my profile, you will be able to see my pictures of the beautiful Bay, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament and a picture of the queens statue. 🌃 🌃 ⛵️

Such a beautiful place!!! I want to go back just to explore. While we were there we found "The Irish Times" Pub. That was a lot of fun with real Irish music & the employees in kilts! They couldn't have been nicer to all of us. They also have food.

We did a scenic tour along with the castle tour. The castle was beautiful but crowded and had rude people pushing way into room when only 2-3 could fit. They were not allowing people to fully read all the information about the rooms.

The town was very nice, we went to the Butchant Gardens. If you like plants and flowers this is the place to visit.

Went to Butchart Gardens on our own. Spent several hours there. Too busy in the city for us. But we saw what we intended to see.

This was a great stop and I wish we had been there longer. We didn't have time to do much and get back to the ship in time to get our luggage set out for the next morning. It was clean, the people were friendly and it was just a nice place to visit.
