We stayed a day before and a day after our cruise. There’s lots to see and do. We took a tour of the Midway Aircraft Carrier. Walked all over the place and also got a pass to use the electric train $5.00 per day.

Great! Ran the San Diego Half Marathon the day after we returned to port...an added bonus for me.

Great city. Cruise port is very close to airport. Allow time to go through customs. Our customs official was very efficient and moved the 2000 passengers through fast!

Unexpectedly beautiful approach to the harbor. Be on deck as you arrive in the port.
