Q: We are flying in on October 6 for the October7, 2023 departure. Does anyone know of a good hotel to book for the cruise?

A: Yes! The Wyndham Bayside. It's a quick walk to the cruise ship port. We are staying there on Christmas Eve when our cruise docks and leaving Christmas Day to fly home.

A: We’re staying right across the street from the terminals at the Wyndham Hotel. We’ll be able to simply walk across the street! A bit of a splurge, but for one night and our first trip since 2019 I needed a splurge.

Q: We are departing in January 2023 at the port of San Diego for 16 days. Is there a great place to park with a shuttle to the ship?

A: Last March we used SanDiego’s Park Shuttle & Fly which also shuttles to the cruise port. I don’t know if I world call it “Great” parking, but our car was safe for 8 days. Shuttle clean and timely. Good pricing. Very nice & helpful staff and easy out... at the end of trip if you put credit card on file when you book. They have a website. We will use again, also in January for our 17 night cruise.See More
