I loved this port. Getting to overlook Limon from the open deck was really cool. The ship was backed right up to the shore which I really liked as a lot of the other ports have a tender since we couldn’t get close to shore.

Nicer than Colon but not anywhere I would want to spend time. Get out and see the rainforest -- it is why you came to Costa Rica in the first place!

It is all about the Rain forest to me. I went for an excursion and took a tram in the rain forest. The feeling was absolutely amazing, I touched the plants and flowers on top of trees, and had the view of above the whole rain forest. It was a little pricey, $125 USD. The shop at the side was good. I bought some coffee...

Very little to see in port area but flea-market type shops - would need to book an excursion to experience the "real" Limon, Costa Rica.

Did a tour thru Shore Excursioner. Best price, half if compared to ship prices. Tour guide Larry is the best. Informative, nice person. Took us to many places including the beach. Had a great time.
