We took the Tortuguero Canals tour. I would recommend a private tour as with a large group, the boat is just harder to handle and situate so all passengers can view what limited animals there are to see. Due to an accident our bus driver took another route back to the ship, we was quite a benefit. This gave us the opportunity to see downtown Costca Rica and other parts of this lovely country which we would not have gotten to see.

Great port apart from the heavens opened got drenched getting to coach.we went on a boat trip on rivers looking at the wildlife this was great then returned on an old train through the banana plantation and wildlife fab trip.

Biggest waste was the bus tour to Portobello. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Never go there again.

Wow!! white water raftting was a blast!!! The banana plantation tour was so interesting and we had lunch in a great Costa Rican cafe!! Wonderful port to visit!!

The white water rafting excursion was great! Our tour guide was excellent and overall had a wonderful time. The excursion booked through Princess includes a lunch and transportation. We even saw a sloth.

Costa Rica was pretty but it wasn't what I expected it to be like. I was envisioning bright white sands with light to clear oceans; it wasn't any of that. The excursion Zip Line was just alright. It was a lot of waiting around with nothing to do. Not sure if I would go back.

Was very disappointed as I went on a rainforest excursion and expected to see colorful parrots, monkeys , butterfly’s and turtles but all I saw was one monkey on a tree very disappointed
