In general the ship was very nice and the service everywhere was outstanding. We did not however care for the casino as I did not like the selection of games offered

I gave it four stars only because the dining room food I would give it five stars as it was outstanding with food like lobster tails ,filet mignon, Chateau Briand and salmon etc being served. As far as the buffet I would give it only two stars as it was not good and needs major improvement Fish was rarely offered in the lunch buffet. The deli as well as the pizza section and guys burgers were very good
Onboard Activities

The four whirlpools on the ship were not working as no water was swirling around. This was more like a hot tub then a jacuzzi The only whirlpool we found working was on deck 12 which is the adult only Serenity deck. This is not acceptable

The entertainment I found to be excellent with lively shows on most nights. The Punchline comedy club was hot with no air conditioning on the one night that we attended and very difficult to get a seat

The entire staff was great and very friendly and accommodating and the service in the dining room by our waiter Vincent and his assistants were fabulous. Our room steward was also excellent. Absolutely no complaints anywhere about the service

The cleanliness I would rate it five stars but the ships design I would give it two stars. My major complaint is at the buffet that whenever you carried food from the buffet sections with a plate on each hand you had to press a button to get thru the glass door. I almost dropped by dishes each time Why can’t the door open automatically when you are close to it This I feel was very poor judgement in designing this portion of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size and location of the cabin was very good. No complaints.
Ship tip
Wash your hands often and don’t use your hands to pick up the food in the buffet. Use the utensils supplied
Was very disappointed as I went on a rainforest excursion and expected to see colorful parrots, monkeys , butterfly’s and turtles but all I saw was one monkey on a tree very disappointed
