Be sure to go to the front of the ship on deck 10 or 11 for the best view

This is the best ship to view the transit--lots of viewing places. I watched the whole transit from the front because I had seen other views before, but people were encouraged to move around.

The panama canal transit was interesting to see. I feel like the speaker could have been better about explaining the history and talking about the panama canal. I think it would have been a nice gesture if the ship gave each family a free cd/usb of the panama canal experience.

Have done it before for it is still interesting. Expected to go through the new locks, but because the ship is less then 1000 ft long it goes through the old locks.
