Canal is very fascinating. Recommend either getting on the bow or in the Crows nest for viewing.

The canal transit was something on our bucket list. The entry was as interesting as we had hoped. The narration provided on the public address system was excellent.

Very interesting. Ship enters early am at the approach around 5 am and enters around 6. Great view from Crows Nest with local narrator, coffee and rolls provided. Catch the view from the stern as the ship enters the second and third channel as you may get a view of another ship entering.

This was very interesting. The size of the old locks were a lot smaller than I had imagined. It was great seeing how this man made marvel worked.
