No tour, was basically a sea day. Interesting to watch the traversing through the canal and locks. Nice commentary on overhead PA system-all day!- educational.

Unfortunately this was the "Main Event" of the cruise and we arrived at 0500, it was pitch dark. Then it rained horribly all the way thru the canal and back. It was still interesting and a great technical feat, but getting any nice pictures was impossible.

All you did was sit there until you were cleared to leave the canal. It was pretty though. We didn't do any of the excursions because we wanted to see the canal going out. The people we talked to weren't that crazy about the excursions they went on anyways.(kayaking) On the way out I observed it from the running track outside the 3rd floor. Then went to the front.

We spent way too much to take a dome train ride. The dome was not worth the extra money from riding in a non-dome car. It was good to see Panama but don’t expect to go into Panama City. We saw the skyline across the Pacific bay, which is quite impressive.

Excursions at this port were over priced and we didn't get half of what we paid for.
