What a great tour that included the Embara Indian tribe.

Very disappointed with this port, and that such a long time was spent here (due to the excursions being cancelled). Local friends from Panama messaged and told me that the shopping mall there was the best thing to see, but it was run down, half the shops were closed, and shops which were open weren't very good and had souvenirs of poor quality. I did see that some of the crew went to the supermarket and stocked up on snacks though!

This port is really not great. They are making improvements, but it won’t be soon. I rated it higher because our friend took a ferry through the canals, it was a great experience, but long and very hot.

Not much here, maybe we could of taken a tour to see more. When getting off the ship, there's 3 or 4 restaurants, 3 or 4 souvenir shops, and a casino. Took 10 mins to see, then back on the ship.
