Very poor city, but great people. Take an excursion out of the city to see the land’s beauty. Cave tubing was pretty amazing.

Anyone else get ate up by all the bugs? This port was so terrible and I’ll never port here again! All I got was 100 bites all over me from whatever bugs were at the beach 😡

You have to take a tender to the island. Very confusing on ship. We had to get a sticker and go in order of the number given. We were almost late. Luckily they waited on us. Enjoyed our howler monkey excursion! Our guide was very knowledgeable about Belize. Island area was more rustic than expected. Good local beer!

Won't get off the ship next time. Very dirty port. Didn't do any excursions. Just wanted to shop, but very nasty.

Have to ride tenders in. If u have problems a smaller boats you might want to stay on board
