4 out of 5

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was excellent in all areas. Best service was at Table 142 in Northern Lights restaurant

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very clean and well maintained. A few areas could benefit from redesign (Serenity area too close to water slides).

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Balcony cabin overlooked lanai area. Would have preferred no lanai at all.

I will always agree with all passengers in most Florida peirs ing on the ship has gotten much easier , but getting off is still a night mare ! As far as the personel they have no idea what time of day it is as far as debarking the ship quickly .
