The tendering was easy. We went down in the morning and got an early tender ticket and were ashore in a timely manner. We used a local firm and went on a private tour to Altun Ha ruins.

For this stop, we debarked and headed to an island instead of the mainland like everyone else. We had an even better snorkeling excursion here. We didn't have to compete with beach goers or rough waves. It was so relaxing and laid back. We got to hold wildlife from the ocean floor. We felt the guides were very knowledgable and safety was foremost in our experience. We weren't rushed or hurried. They served lunch and rum punch. Definitely a great trip. The rest of my family went to the mainland and said they were nervous about their surroundings and safety.

We did not do any excursion. Enjoyed the tender ride. It was something different. The shopping was good and fresh fruit was good and available. Next time we will venture out into the city.

We did an excursion with cave-tubing.com butts up and it was awesome. When going to Belize it’s a must to do cave tubing and zip line ask for Ednir he was the best tour guide you can have

Bring bug spray!!!! For real, I got about 40 mosquito bites and they're not like USA mosquito bites - they are monsters.

We went on an all day excursion with Sea Sports Belize. Fabulous. Morning trip included looking for manatees and then a cruise up the river for other wildlife and to see the jungle. Had a super lunch at a remote location and then went snorkeling in the afternoon. Everyone enjoyed it.

Nice port with lots to see! We went to the Belize zoo and enjoyed. The animals looked like they were well taken care of. We did not book this from the ship, there are several areas to book tours on your own in port.
