Very industrial. Excursion was not entirely well represented. Me on Mekong River was only the time it took to cross it to unicorn island. Long day, excellent but rather late lunch.

We booked an excursions with Red Lotus Travel online from the ship. Red Lotus gave a package for all the ports. The drive and guide was waiting for us at the pier. The driver took us to Ho Chi Minh City where we visited the war museum and the tunnels. The guide spoke very good English. There were four of us on this tour.

It’s a long way from the city, but the bus transportation that we booked with HAL was really good. We have been here before and as usual it was amazing, crazy, chaotic and great to experience.

my husband did the transfer I stayed on the ship not feeling well, he liked it but found the time to short to get a good idea about the city

Only went to shops which are boring nothing there. Have been to Ho Chi Minh many times by air. Too long to travel to the city.
