Not a huge fan of this port.. the greeting area was probably the best part. Most of the time at this port I felt a bit unsafe. Wish I knew about the blue line to follow.

We did the Top 10 excursion offered by Carnival. WAY exceeded our expectations! But, probably our least favorite stop. They are doing a lot of construction and the city is not as modern as the others. But, we felt safe at all times.

Mazatlan was a crazy busy town! Filled with lots of people & packed with all kinds of things to do. Beautiful flower vendors along the main streets, was able to snag a couple rainbow roses. My group also found a vendor who was offering wind surfing which was more than 50% cheaper than anything we could have booked through the cruise! So beautiful & so much fun!

more inland, but we took a guided tour and drove us along the shoreline and took us to the city and let us have access to one of the hotels with beach front access

I did not do excursion but I walked around the city. Friendly people and nice to have those volunteer tourist helpers along the way who helped us guide thru the city.
