No excursion here either. (Did on previous cruise) We walked around port area and sat and had a drink. Nice to be out and about! Beautiful Area. Friendly people, didn't hassle much at all!

This was my absolute favorite!! We took the town tour and Mexican show excursion! The tour guide was great and we were able to see a lot of beautiful buildings! The show was great! There is a restaurant around the corner from where they drop you off that has incredible food! They don't speak English very well, but we had no issues ordering. They only give you about 45 minutes to shop and eat, which isn't much time. However, we had to wait for a few people in the beginning so that could be why we were so short on time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We walked off, got a shuttle out of the dock area. Walked through the shops to get out to the streets. Found la lina azul (the blue line) and followed it to the square. There we chatted with some friendly Canadian and American ex-pats volunteering their time to help tourists (look for them in blue shirts). While at the square, we stopped at a cafe with a patio to enjoy a smoothie (65 pesos each). We also walked into an artisan shop to enjoy their artwork. We were going to walk to the mercado but my son got tired so we walked back to the ship with him on my shoulders.

We did the Colonial Villages of Sierra Madre . The whole tour was great. You get to visit a lot of places that most of the tourist do not go. The beard is outstanding and the lunch was very good.......
