Small town right off the ship, very clean and easy to walk though. They even had a couple of RV parks, that was strange to see.

The people of Loreto were truly happy to have us come. We did the baked clam excursion and it was great. Such a nice atmosphere and great home cooked Mexican food. The clams were wonderful.

A wasted port! Nothing to see/do here. Town is kept clean and no vendors pushing their wares.

I did just walk from the ship to the market place and church. It was hot and humid with biting flies. Not much to see or to do. Still nice to have been there.

Boring - only 20,000 residents in this sleepy Mexican town. We hired a taxi driver for an hour to show us around the town for $30 per hour. Not much to see really so we went back to the ship early.

Not much to be found here and the tour guide pretty much attested to that as he didn't have much interesting to share.

Trip to Coronado Island was a nice boat ride - about an hour. Went around the island and stopped to snorkel. Water was too cold, minimal fish at best, primitive facilities. Would not recommend vs. the cost. Went into town and had great salsa - best ever, at the first restaurant on left going toward the church. Nice Malecon walking area. Vendors would not bargain much.
