Review summary

Overall a most enjoyable cruise! Loved the medallion.

Embarkation

It was as expected! Even with the medallion the lines were long but was herded along smoothly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Tables were quickly cleaned at the buffet, lots of friendly servers carrying trays of coffee, water or juice. We did the upcharge of $29 at the Crab Shack for dinner. A very nice experience for the family. Service and food was great. We dined in the Concerto Restaurant 8 out of 10 nights. We couldn’t have asked for better servers...they were fast, funny and friendly! We liked the variety the menu selection offered.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Family used the fitness center daily. Some guest assumed it was their personal gym!!!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We saw 2 stage shows and enjoyed both. Tried to catch the comedian show...to crowded!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Paula was our steward for room A531. Very friendly and always cheerful! She kept our room clean n odor free. Avanish and Dan, our evening servers in the Concerto Restaurant became a part of our family. We enjoyed their humor, fast service, remembering our drinks and their smiles.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was clean. Common areas also very clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Balcony way smaller than other ships we have been on. That was a disappointment! Loved the flat screen tv on the wall fronting the bed. Our cabin was always kept clean, fresh towels, bed made by Paula, our cheerful cabin steward.

Ship tip

Have patience...a ship this size doesn’t always sail with nice ppl. There will be a few ppl that should have booked a dingy!!!

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

3 out of 5
No excursion....just embarkation.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

4 out of 5
We love walking the boardwalk. We did the fish pedicure....lots of fun and giggles!!

Loreto, Mexico

1 out of 5
A wasted port! Nothing to see/do here. Town is kept clean and no vendors pushing their wares.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

4 out of 5
We always walk the short distance to Walmart/Sams to buy our coffee.

Manzanillo, Mexico

4 out of 5
No excursions this cruise as we have been to these ports before.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Except for the waiting for our number to be called disembarkation was a breeze!
