We have been to this port before and did excursions so our plan was to spend the day at the beach. And yes tons of vendors bugging you for sales. We got off of the ship and followed the marina to the resorts on the beach. The walk took about 20 minutes to the beach. Once we got on the beach we walked until we found a bar between all the resorts and spent the day in their chairs with shade. The chairs were free as long as we spent money at their establishment. The ocean was cold and refreshing but you couldn't go out very far without touching. The food and drinks were cheap. They accepted CC or cash. Once again tons of vendors all day. Overall a good relaxing day.

Cabo san lucas was a lot of fun. I was going to go snuba diving, but it was cancelled to to a under toe. I was able to switch to land and sea very easily. And it was a very nice and relaxing tour. First we did the sea trip around the rock. Then took a bus to cabo san jose. Then glass blowing on the way back. A very fun time.

We've been to Cabo on various excursions and other travels. This is a beautiful port for good eating. Yes you have rhose who are trying to sell you everything and anything but be respectful to the locals, they're just trying to make money, and do their jobs. A simple no thank you goes a long way. Enjoy yourself!!! You're on vacation.

Been here several times so did not get off ship but loved watching all the things going on in the sea. For example we got a good laugh watching the sea lions hitching rides on the back of small boats returning to port.

Cabo San Lucas was a tender port and having FTTF made it very easy to get a tender to shore. We went through Cabo San Lucas tours and did a resort tour with a water activity included. I picked out the snorkeling. The water was great, my boys complained the water wasn’t too cold... I don’t know what they were talking about. The resort we stayed at was Blue Marlin Ibiza and the staff was awesome!!! They were there to give us fresh towels after the snorkel and lunch that we ate was plenty and delicious.

It was a beautiful, hot day in Cabo. We thought it was going to be cooler so we didn't plan any water activties. We should have. We hired a "glass bottom boat"...not a very good bottom, but the price was right. $10/each. It was a nice boat ride. I would not be happy if we had paid more, but for that rate...it was great. Saw the arc, and the rock formations. I would say the only negatives for Cabo was that there were so many people trying to sell you stuff that it got a little annoying.

We opted to tour on our own and selected one of the many vendors at the pier. We had a private van and were able to do and see exactly what we wanted...visited the glass factory, stopped for beach beautiful views and had a margarita in the town square of the historic San Jose del Cabo while we watched the children's dance rehearsal.
