A very different town since my previous visit back in 2007. The high quality boutiques are gone, restaurants didn't seem appealing and shopkeepers seemed to eager to make a sale.

Stay overnight in Kahului. Lahaina is easy driving distance from Kahului. There was no point cruising to Lahaina.
