Waterfalls Spectacular: Akaka Falls & Rainbow Falls - we toured the island to the falls. Saw rain forest, magnificent vegetation and spectacular falls. Our driver reveal alot of the islands history and traditions.

Beautiful port...but it's in Hawaii, right? We visited the Volcano National Park and I recommend this to others.

The Hoppa-On Hoppa-Off Bus tour was set up close to the port, so we took a tour. Hilo has some lovely parks & scenery. Had lunch in downtown Hilo & did a bit of shopping.

Went to volcanoes national park. Saw the caldera and lava tube and macadamia nut factory. Got lucky, no rain!!! We waited to long to book an excursion, so we didn't get to do what we really wanted, but still had a wonderful time!!
