Volcano National Park is a MUST - you could skip the Macadamia Farm but the ice cream was delicious there.

VOLCANOES! When else can you see this stuff?! You can walk on warm lava, put your hand over steam vents....hike through rain forests and lava tubes.

Volcano Nat'l park and Thurston lava tube. Tour alittle long, but very informative. Lunch at VNP was wonderful!

The hip cruised past the lava flowing at night and there was narration by one of the staff members who is a native Hawaiian. We watched from our balcony but were not able to hear the narration. Better to go to the public areas of the ship for this.
