A little boring for things to do, but Vigo itself was beautiful

Not a nice port to visit! There is Not much to do close by. The town is old and dirty. Not many options for exploration at this port. definitely wouldn't need to visit this place again.

Did a tour with tours4cruises, who you'll find at the port. Took us all around Vigo which was excellent value for the little € we paid. Lovely tour guide who spoke excellent English. Also had a walk around town.

A unscheduled stop. Went hear last year and it's an OK place, but not good arriving at 5pm! Everywhere shut and we had dinner pre booked! Another 1 star for p & o.

Samil beach is really nice (but the water was cold). Don't use the RC shuttle- taxi from the shop just off the ship was 8-9euro (saved us $50) each way and was nicer and quicker. The beach is nice. There are restuarants and a water slide and a free pool for kids on the beach There are taxi stands at the beach so getting back is a breeze.

I didn't do a shore expedition and spent only a short time strolling the waterfront.
