We thought Valencia was beautiful, more so than Barcelona. Both modern and historic architecture . . . our tour guide was awesome!

First time in Valencia, very hot. The bus dropped us off and left us - didn't have a clue where to go, so a local news agent (who seemed busy) told us the way. Lots to see - if hot make sure you take some water with you.

The Cunard excursion that includes Albufera Lake is well worth the money. The included "meal" turned out to be 7 courses ranging from tapas to paiaya and dessert with expresso. From the city sightseeing to the boat ride around the lake, it was all fabulous.

An easy city to get around on foot and then taxi back to the ship. Take ship shuttle to city center and be sure to see the food market, churches, old city sections

Use the ships shuttle and explore this beautiful old city on foot. For an excellant view climb 270 steps in the cathedral cost 2 E each.
