We tried to do everything in 1 day. Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii. It worked! We loved this excursion and didn't ever feel rushed!

Once again we hired a driver (taxi) for the day. He took us to Sorento for pizza and Pompeii. Afterward, he drove us around Naples and took us through "old town". We needed much more time to truely appreciate Pompeii.

We were booked for Pompeii in the morning and Herculaneum in the afternoon. The afternoon excursion was cancelled, but Pompeii is worth seeing. The stop at the cameo factory is great. Prices are reasonable.

You must take the Capri, Sorrento & Pompeii tour. This was the best tour by far.
