Absolutely love Savona. We went to a local flea market while there. The people were great and we had a wonderful time.

Small and quiet. Very nice to walk around and stop for lunch and a prosecco!

Its a hassle at best. Hard to reach. means of transportation are meagre between rail station and the cruise port which creates anxiety and long, long lines. Atrocious embarkation

We went to the Aquarium of Genova. Very nice but on second thought, we've seen man y many aquariums so this wasn't flooring for us. But the marina was nice and walking around to find fresh foccacia bread was fun.

We made our own way to the Aquarium, not enough information about how to get to places, if you did not book the excursions.

Nothing overwhelming to see here. Wish we would have gone to Monaco because nothing else they offered at this port was very enticing.
