The cruise was wonderful.  Not too long (7days) and not too short (4days).  The 5 day cruise introduced us to Marseilles, Savrona, & Rome.  Plus a day at sea.  We love cruises with a day at sea to sleep in, go to the gym, participate in a couple of dance lessons (fox trot, salsa) and just enjoying the day.

The food was very good.  Dinners in the dining room was wonderful; the buffet was also very good.  Didn't enjoy breakfast in the dining room; only the buffet.

The entertainment was not as good as we thought it would be for us.  We don't gamble and the 4D theatre showed only 3-4 movies that did not appeal to us.  But some of the night time entertainment at the main bar was very funny.

Overall, a wonderful way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Breakfast at the main dining room not good.
Service and Staff
Service & staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nighttime entertainment was good but limited.
Onboard Activities
We liked some of the dance lessons. But didn't like the movie options. Nightly theatre was very good. But the disco club was not
Destinations and Excursions
Destinations were great. Excursions not as good. They were a little expensive expecially when they could have been done by just walking around on their own. There should have been more informative presentations on the ship explaining the destinations and how to explore them with or without taking a tour. The TV presentations were very poor.
Cabin / Stateroom
Beautiful cabin with a very roomy balcony! Loved it.

Barcelona, Spain
wonderful walk up Las Ramblas with plenty of places to eat & shop!!
Marseille (Provence), France
Took the train tour, stopped at Notre Dame (great!); had lunch at Simon Simon where the service was deplorable! Don't go there!
Savona (Genoa), Italy
Small and quiet. Very nice to walk around and stop for lunch and a prosecco!
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
Don't need the hop on-hop off bus! Just walk up the main street from Venice Square and you can find most of the attractions.

if internet access is important be careful!! The wifi charges were extremely expensive but the internet service was VERY slow! Not worth the price at all! And the support when I had problems was non-existent! Try an internet cafe at port!
