We took a tour in the morning as soon as we disembarked. This one was planned ahead of time and we had a bus that took us to see the Barbary monkeys, St. Michael’s Cave, ans a tour of the inside of the Rock, as well as other areas of the city. This was a tour we arranged ahead of time and was not one associated with the ship. The great thing about Reflection was you could choose any of their excursions or find your own. Loved Gibraltar.

Gibraltar is never one of my favourite ports. Either do an excursion or don’t bother getting off

Got off the ship early and marched across town to the cable car station so we could get up to the Rock before it got too busy. Don't be fooled by the taxi drivers and bus tours, they will queue up the Rock so you spend most of your time sat inside a bus. Cable car queue is not as long a wait as they tell you! We walked back down the Rock (legs are still aching!) and browsed the many shops. No need to get a shuttle to town, it is a short easy walk.

Went to the top of the rock and saw the monkeys (and a wonderful view!)
