I don't think my booking on Holland America Rotterdam is worth the money that we paid given the poor condition of the bathroom.

Design of the cabin was good. Beds are comfortable. Housekeeper did good job to keep it clean. Bathroom is old, cracked sink, cracked and chipped bathtub. Toilet was not working right. Had to call Guest Service to repair the toilet TEN times out of the 14 night trip. Also had to help my 87 years old mother-in-law to public toilet in the middle of the night for 1-night. Very distributing trip for these 14 days. Engine was so noisy and distributed our sleep in the middle of the night.
