Loved Aix en Provence, did the bus to the straw market. Leather items and linens priced good, but watch out for the kitchen gadget kiosk- he will ask for more than the price is marked. Lots of spices, fresh veggies and cured meats. Lovely.

Port is far from everything, and the fee to get into town is a bit steep.
