Cannes was great when you walked off the strip. Those 10' wide streets with cafes and shops made you feel like you were on a movie set.

We booked an excursion through NCL as this is a tender port. I had heard horror stories about NCL and tendering unless you had an excursion booked. We went to Monaco & Monte Carlo. This was a highlight of the cruise. Getting to see the famous Monte Carlo was amazing. Plus just seeing how the country is built into the side of a mountain was fascinating. Really interesting place to go and if u get the chance I highly recommend it!

Cannes is not bad, been here twice, the second time visited Monaco from here, I find myself wandering around in an envious state at the life that the other half live 🤣

Cannes is beautiful, clean, and the people are friendly. Explored the city and the beaches, and would love to go back to the French Riviera!

Was surprised by how much we loved Cannes. Spent the afternoon shopping downtown, got some authentic French food, enjoyed all the beautiful boats in the marinas. Ran out of time or we would have taken the helicopter excursion.

After how on edge I felt in Florence, Cannes was more relaxing and amazingly beautiful! We didn’t book an excursion and I don’t think one is necessary either. You can get off the ship and immediately walk into the little beach city. We ate the BEST French pastries.. had yummy coffee and people watched and spent some time shopping. We loved this more relaxing day.

As we have been to Cannes before, we did a trip to a small villiage and the Fragonard perfume factory - which, i actually enjoyed.

Enjoy a leisurely walk along the shopping area. We chose not to do a tour since the city had a great self-guided walking tour.
