Unfortunately the ship had a problem and were late docking and some tours had to be cancelled. I felt sorry for the people who missed out on Florence (I had been there before and had not picked a Florence tour, so I was not affected by the cancellations).

The Cinque Terre excusion was excellent, but too much free time at the last town. The guide was absolutely supurb Cinque Terre was and is always a major highlight of a trip to Italy. The guide was just fantastic. Florence is a disappointment for a day trip.
