The included was also very good. We were able to spend a little time inside St Peters Basilica. These 2 latest included tours were so far the best tours we had in this cruise without spending so much money, which we did for the other optional tours we paid for.

Caught train with excursion group into Rome. Had 5 hours on our own...great outing! Sad to leave such an exciting and beautiful city!

One needs more than a day in Rome. But I'd recommend finding 2 major attractions and booking them ahead of time, rather than trying to see it all, which is an impossible feat.

Nothing really there to do but go to Rome and Rome is over 1 hr away. To take a cab it will cost about $100.00 one way.

We boarded the ship here but many boarded in Barcelona and the ships automated systems seemed to think we did too. They even cut off our messenger service(we purchased it for the week) in Barcelona as if we were ending our cruise there.
