Didn't do any tour. City infrastructure outside pier non-existent. Spent 15 minutes and went back to the boat.

VERY NICE. WE WENT TO THE BEACH EXCURSION AND RENTED A JET SKI. TRY TO GET THEIR CURRENCY RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE DOLLARS AND EUROS.

The ocean was beautiful but the people are pushy and begging in streets. It has a lot of potential but needs some more time to really develop.
