Review summary
The overall experience was terrific. The Disembarkation was a mess. Seems like every ship was in port at the same time. Buses were there but, you there was lack of direction.Embarkation
Right there at the Venice airport to take us to the ship, about 15 minutes away. The check-in went smooth and we were in our staterooms before 1200.

Food and Dining
The food was always good. We are Lido (deck 9) eaters, and it's always special.
Onboard Activities
We love the Lincoln Center orchestra, the test kitchen, and the shows. HA may be the only cruise line that offers mass every day. Thermal pool is a must.
Entertainment
Music shows were ok and the other acts were great.
Service and Staff
I swear the staff goes to "Smiles and Hello" school. Everyone from our steward to the Cast were warm and friendly.
Ship Quality
Oosterdam is showing it's age in a few areas, but overall it's a great ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
Overall just ok. Veranda room, 8015 had some A/C issues which were resolved in a few days.
Ports of call
The jewell of Italy.

Didn't do any tour. City infrastructure outside pier non-existent. Spent 15 minutes and went back to the boat.
