Santorini personifies the Greek Isles to me (with Mykonos a close second). We went to a "black sand" beach to relax (most of these islands are volcanic). We then went to the old town above the port to shop. I wish we spent more time there though. Santorini and Mykonos were on the same day and 5 hours were spent travelling between the two stops.

The port is very beautiful. Did not like the hour and a half wait to board cable car back to ship.

Santorini is beautiful but it was 3 hours from the time the ship anchored until we got to the town. Highlight was sitting in a little open air restaurant and watching the sunset. Then we had to get back in line to get back to the ship. Would loved to have spent more time there!

Visited the beach. Some garbage on the beach and no one seemed to care. We had no problem getting a lounge and an umbrella. Black sand is beautiful but very surprised no one picked up the garbage. The streets in town also were littered with some garbage.
